Client number 1

a chain of hotels, needed to address the issue of the DDA in making adjustments to their hotels so they did not discriminate on grounds of disability. Of particular concern was the H&S of their guests who had a hearing impairment and alerting these guests to the fire alarm.

Client number 2

a large golf course with banqueting facilities, needed to let the waiting staff know the meals were ready for a particular table. The head chief was getting frustrated by too many people in 'his' kitchen.

LynxPro provided the solution with the 'Kitchen call' system. Simply, when a meal was ready to be served the kitchen paged the waiter. This of course left the waiter to spend more time tending to the customers.

Client number 3

a country hotel and restaurant, prided themselves on providing discretion and privacy to their diners. They wanted a system whereby the diner could summons the waiter to their table alcove.

LynxPro provided the solution with the 'Waiter call' system. A menu holder with a push button to call their table's waiter.
