Sensors and External Connections
The LynxPro system can be connected to wide range of commercial sensors. The inputs
to the system can be configured in a wide variety of ways. These include open and closed contacts
voltage sensing and RS232.
Any sensor that can be interfaced to the LynxPro system will generate an alphanumeric message that is
programmed into the transmitter. This means that the users receive 'plain english' messages giving information
about which sensor and why it has been triggered.
Typical triggers include:
- Open/Closed contacts
- PIR detectors
- Voltage triggers
- Temperature/Humidity sensors
- CCTV monitors
- RS232 input
- Fall or Man-down sensors
